Delivery times
Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 8 business days.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over $30.
Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you get a tracking link by email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then email us at contact@zentira-shop.com.

Delays and problems
If your order is unusually late or looks lost, email us. We'll track the package with the carrier and find a fix — reship or refund.
